By law, all products are covered by a 2-year warranty.
If a defect is proven to be caused by manufacturing, the customer is entitled to an immediate replacement or replacement of the damaged part upon return to the billing address. Return shipping is always paid by the sender.
The two-year warranty does not cover mechanical damage caused by the user or improper or incorrect handling. Since the product is insured during shipping, please do not accept the package if it shows clear signs of damage to the packaging or product and contact us immediately. If the carrier is found liable, we will naturally send you a new item.
The product is not intended for permanent or uninterrupted use in the sauna but is suitable for regular use during sauna ceremonies, etc. The recommended usage time in the sauna is 30 minutes and should not exceed 60 minutes. Exceeding this time voids the manufacturer’s guarantee of full functionality and quality.
Czech civil law grants customers a 14-day right to return purchased goods without giving a reason if the product is unused. If the item is used, even within the 14 days, the return and refund cannot be guaranteed.
